Bazheng Pian is mainly used for damp-heat strangury syndrome characterized by frequent and urgent urination, painful and difficult urination, dripping urine, dark or reddish cloudy urine, even anuria, abdominal distension or prolapse, dry mouth and throat, yellow greasy tongue coating, and slippery and rapid pulse.
