带状疱疹中医调理

带状疱疹是由水痘-带状疱疹病毒感染后，潜伏于体内再发所致。主要侵犯单侧延神经支配的皮肤区域，并呈带状分布。初起在皮肤上出现成簇红色皮疹，继而出现水疱或脓疱，并伴有瘙痒、灼热及刺痛感。常见的侵犯部位为腰腹部肋间神经部位、头面部三叉神经区域、四肢延坐骨神经分布区域。免疫系统低下的人群或50岁以上的中老年人患病几率明显增高。尤其是中老年患者，在皮损愈合后仍可能持续数周或数月的顽固性神经痛。患带状疱疹后大多数人可获终身免疫。

患者起初发病时，在皮疹出现之前，往往以为是胸痛（误做心绞痛）、背痛（肌肉疼痛）或头痛等现象。通常2-3天之后，等皮疹、水泡慢慢出现是才会意识到是带状疱疹。大部分患者会先寻求西医治疗，口服抗病毒的西药7-10天。患者在服用完抗病毒的西药后，皮疹会有所消退，但疼痛仍然难以忍受，因为带状疱疹病毒已侵犯并损伤了神经。尤其是50岁以上的患者，神经痛可能会延续几个月，甚至几年，严重影响了睡眠和生活品质。

中医学认为，带状疱疹是由于肝气郁结，郁而化火，肝经火毒外溢肌肤；或是饮食不节，脾失运化，湿热博结于皮肤；年老体虚，血虚肝旺也会导致带状疱疹的发作。
